What is Lip Pigmentation?

Lip pigmentation is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances the natural colour, shape, and definition of your lips. Unlike traditional lipstick, lip pigmentation provides a smudge-proof, long-lasting tint that gradually fades over time, leaving your lips looking effortlessly fresh.

Lip Blush vs. Full Lip Colour

We offer two styles of semi-permanent lip enhancement, each designed to achieve different aesthetic goals:

  • Lip Blush – A sheer, subtle tint that enhances natural lip colour, providing a soft, fresh look similar to a lip gloss.

  • Full Lip Colour – A more saturated pigment across the entire lip for a bolder, lipstick-like finish.

Semi-Permanent lip pigmentation is a perfect choice for people who want to

Enhance the natural lip colour

Restore lip colour lost due to aging

Define lip shape

Create the illusion of fuller lips

Correct asymmetry

Define the lip border

Promote more vibrant, healthier and youthful look

Ditch the daily lipstick routine and enjoy a natural, effortless look from morning to night. Lip blush enhances your lips’ shape, colour, and definition with results that last.

How Long Does Lip Blush & Colour Last?

The effects of lip blush typically last 2–4 years, depending on factors such as:

  • Skin type and lifestyle

  • Metabolism and immune response

  • Exposure to sun and skincare routine

To maintain the best results, a touch-up session every 18–36 months is recommended. Without maintenance, the pigment will gradually fade over time.

Lips you will love start with a consultation

The journey towards your dream lips start with a consultation and a patch test done at least 48hrs before the treatment.

Your safety and comfort are my top priorities, so we begin by discussing your medical history and analysing your skin to confirm you're suitable for the treatment. This is also an opportunity for you to address any questions, ensuring you make an informed decision about your treatment. I'll also perform a patch test for the pigment and numbing cream used during the procedure to rule out any allergies.

A Collaborative Process

My consultation process is very collaborative - it’s a time we can explore and tailor together an exclusive lip pigmentation style and colour that has the most flattering effect on you. Your ethnicity, style, taste, make up preferences, hair and self-expression inclinations will be the basis for our conversation. Some of my clients will come with a good notion of their desired effect, while others prefer to rely on my aesthetic eye. Both options are completely fine. I will set aside ample time to discuss your goals, clarifying all your doubts and informing you about pre and post treatment care.
