Booking Terms & Conditions

All new clients considering Semi Permanent Make-Up treatments (including eyebrow correction for eyebrows done elsewhere), chemical peels, or microneedling must schedule a consultation at least 48 hours before their appointment. The consultation ensures the treatment suitability and personalisation for optimal results.

Returning clients can book subsequent Semi Permanent Make-Up, chemical peel, or microneedling treatments without a consultation (unless there's been a significant change to your health).

Hydrafacials, Bespoke Facials, and all other non-listed treatments do not require a consultation and can be booked directly.

Your deposit secures your appointment and is redeemable towards your treatments or products when you proceed, otherwise covers the cost of the consultation.

We kindly ask for at least 2 working days cancellation/ rescheduling notice. All changes made in compliance with the above will secure your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule with less than two working days’ notice your deposit will be forfeited.

This policy helps us ensure efficient use of our appointment slots and allows us to provide the best possible service to all our clients. By giving us adequate notice, we can offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting.

We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel with less than the required notice, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to accommodate your needs but cannot guarantee it.

Please note that these services are only available for clients who have already had their relevant Initial Microblading/ Shading, Lip or Eyelash treatments done at DermaClinic not later than 10 weeks ago.

No show for your Semi-Permanent Makeup top up appointment or rescheduling it with less than 24hrs notice will result in loosing the session. If you would like to re- book your treatment after no show or rescheduling it with less than 24hrs notice, the treatment needs to be done within no more than 4 weeks after your original top if you wish to pay the discounted price – please see the Extra top up if needed section in our price list.

All SPMU top up treatments rescheduled in line with our booking policy (minimum 2 working days’ notice), can be re-booked at no extra charge given that the treatment is performed not later than 4 weeks after the date of your original top.

Any SPMU top ups rescheduled beyond 4 weeks’ time frame will be priced individually, accordingly to the work and time they will require.
