The email will also give them the option to request a beautifully presented physical voucher. All they need to do is reply with their address and we'll pop it in the post within 5 working days (UK mainland only).

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before purchasing or redeeming your gift voucher. They help us provide you with the best possible care and experience.
1. Using Your Voucher
What Your Voucher Covers
Your gift voucher can be redeemed for any suitable treatments or products available at DermaClinic.
Booking is Essential
​All treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to appointment availability. Bookings can be made online or by contacting the clinic directly.
Voucher Code
Please provide your voucher code at the time of booking.
Presenting Your Voucher
You must present your physical or digital voucher at your appointment.
Partial Use
​If you don't spend the full amount in one visit, the remaining balance stays on your voucher until the expiry date.
Higher Value Treatments
If your treatment costs more than the voucher value, the difference must be paid in full through other accepted payment methods at the time of booking.
2. Expiry Date
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

The exact expiry date is shown on your voucher. Please ensure you use the gift voucher within this timeframe, as it cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers
Your voucher is your responsibility. Please keep it safe.​ We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged vouchers and are unable to replace them. Any duplication and/or reproduction of the voucher will render the gift voucher invalid.
4. Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds
Our standard booking, rescheduling and cancellation terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with a voucher: www.dermaclinicbristol.co.uk/booking-policy

We kindly ask for at least 2 working days' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made in compliance with this policy will preserve your voucher value. If you cancel or reschedule with less than two working days' notice, we may need to deduct the cost of the treatment from your voucher balance.

Please note: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used to purchase another gift voucher.
5. Physical Voucher Copies
All gift vouchers are issued digitally with a unique code sent via email. Recipients can request a physical copy at any time by replying to their gift voucher email with a postal address.
Physical copies will be posted within 5 working days (UK mainland only). Both the digital code and physical voucher share the same unique number, which we track in our system to prevent duplicate use.
