For the last-minute bookings please contact us directly by calling or texting 07427650357 within our working hours. Deposit Policy: Your deposit secures your appointment and is redeemable towards your treatments or products when you proceed, otherwise covers the cost of the consultation. Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy: We kindly ask for at least 2 working days cancellation/rescheduling notice. All changes made in compliance with the above will secure your deposit. If you cancel or reschedule with less than two working days’ notice your deposit will be forfeited. By giving us adequate notice, we can offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting. What Happens If You Need to Cancel Last Minute? We understand that emergencies can arise.
